Terms and Conditions for the Working Plan Tool

It is your duty to verify that all aspects of the design meet the specific requirements of your project and jurisdiction. Confirm with the responsible person or authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) the areas which require suppression coverage and that the system is appropriate for the given risk.

2. **Accuracy and Deviations**: The software provides tools to assist in the design of Automist working plans. However, the accuracy and completeness of the designs depend on the data and input provided by the user. You accept full responsibility for any deviations, inaccuracies, or errors in the designs produced using this software.

3. **Design Aid**: This software is intended to aid designers in following installation guidelines. It is designed to assist but does not replace the need for thorough review, verification of distances on-site, and adherence to best practices as outlined in the Design, Installation, and Operation Manual (DIOM).

4. **Liability Waiver**: The creators and developers of this software are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.

5. **Indemnification**: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the creators, developers, and resellers of this software from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the software.

6. **No Liability for Deviations from the Design, Installation, and Operation Manual (DIOM)**: The creators and developers of this software do not accept liability for any failures to follow the Design, Installation, and Operation Manual (DIOM). It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that all designs and installations are carried out in accordance with the DIOM and relevant standards.
